Each Thursday lunchtime (12:15) the Wellington Pacers head out for a social run starting from Wellington Central.  Routes focus on highlighting different areas of Leeds, particularly green spaces and heritage.  The canal is lovely but we know anyone who runs is familiar with it, therefore you’ll find us touring other surroundings.

A wide range of ablities are supported through front and tail-leaders, loop or regroup points, break-off mini groups and even free-time in parks.  A baseline route of 5km within 45 minutes is used, but each week is bespoke to suit the group abilities on the day, therefore, may stretch further.

In order to support and encourage other forms of active travel, led walks and rides are also provided, for instance, how about riding out to Meanwood Valley Farm for a quick lunch break!
